Last updated: October 9, 2026. This policy explains what information CampusDown Repair (repair.campusdown.com) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. We don't send the numbers you type to our server.
  • Page views and usage statistics: for each page view we record the page address, date and time, the referring website (if your browser sends one), an approximate location (country and state or region) derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. To count unique visitors we store a one-way hash that changes every day; we do not store your IP address with these records.
  • Calculators and downloads: the numbers you type are processed in your browser and are never sent to us. We only record that a calculation was completed on a page and which template file was downloaded.
  • “Was this page helpful?” If you answer, we store your answer, the page address, the date and a one-way hash derived from your IP address (used to count one answer per person per day).
  • Server logs: like most websites, our servers record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Email: if you contact us, we keep your message to reply to it.
